These were fitted to a wedding card box, approx. 12" x 8" x 8" with half inch walls. The 95' degree stop works perfectly and with the relatively slim wall thickness, the strap mech is a fine match. The square ends are a pleasure to fit as the rounded version can be a nuisance to get bang on. After a test fit on some off cuts, I realised that the knuckle has to protrude out the back of the box, which I must admit, I wasn't sharp enough to figure out straight away. I'm sure you could mortice out the necessary void to allow the knuckles to be hidden inside the wall thickness, but they only protrude 5mm, so it's no eyesore. I'd definitely buy these again.

These hinges are very good quality and what i like most about them that they don't have a rounded profile so it's easier to fit and chisel for it as I'm only a hobbyist.

They have got weight to them and you can feel right away they are premium category.
