So for years been forging my own knives etc for cheese board sets but recently I’m struggling with health issues and time so reluctantly gave in and brought some of these. Well on arrival was very happy the build quality and steel look great kits look really easy to make and also are sharp to ok not as sharp as my hand forged blades but for the crazy low price there brilliant 5 stars from me as is procrafts service

I purchased this set as I wanted to make a birthday present for my daughter. I was really pleased when they arrived as the quality of the blades was excellent. I turned four handles and the fitting of the blades was simple. Prokraft offered their usual awesome customer service when I ordered the set and I always feel that I’m treated as an individual, not just ‘another order’.
