Woodturners Decorative Brass Thread 34mm

Whilst ideal for the project in mind I find that the threading is quite fine and not the easiest for marrying up especially if the turned item with this item are passed on or sold to others not finding it easy to combine both parts.

These are delicate which is great. They were very easy to fit. My only suggestion is to make the the thread a triple so that it can be undone with just a turn or two.

Tried to use this fitting to make a small pill box. Unfortunately I found the thread pitch too small and the lid kept cross threading and so I abandoned the project and replaced with a simple push fit lid.

Purchased quite a few items from here and all were top quality in particular the brass threaded inserts got me out of a nasty hole. The service was excellent and deliver was also very good the items arriving within a few days. Will definitely buy from Prokraft again.
